Shipping

We ship and insure all orders via FedEx Ground for $20 flat. A tracking number will be provided at the time shipments leave our showroom. Orders take 1-2 weeks to be delivered, unless the item(s) is not in stock. You will be notified immediately if an item(s) is not in stock, back-ordered may take over 4 weeks to ship. For questions or rush order requests please email customerservice@evergreencollections.com.

Our Promise

We want you to be 100% satisfied with all items you order! We take great care in hand crafting and packaging each unique piece. Please contact the showroom immediately if not completely satisfied upon receipt. After five (5) working days, items are non-returnable.

Materials/ How to Care for Your Piece

All Evergreen Collection pieces are made of sterling silver, 14kt gold plated sterling silver, 14kt plated plated brass, diamonds, semi-precious stones and freshwater pearls, genuine leather and hide. To ensure your jewelry ages beautifully and with as little wear and tear as possible, store in the gifted suede pouch when not in use and clean gently with a soft dry cloth after wearing. 

Adjustments / Repairs

We offer adjustments and repairs to all items we produce. If any adjustment is needed please contact us to request the labor and shipping cost. Repairs will be assessed per piece.

Custom / One-of-a-Kind Orders

Evergreen Collections was built on its ability to make special orders happen for our clients. If there is something specific you or your client would like to order, please let us know. 

Wholesale Inquiries

We are open to the trade. Please email us at sales@evergreencolletions.com to receive access to line sheets and wholesale forms. Retailers must provide a copy of their tax ID for their first order.
